About No 1 Guesthouse

Our location

You will find No 1 Guesthouse in the enchanting and peaceful setting of Professorstaden (City of Professors). We are situated very close to the university departments and just a few minutes’ walk away from the city centre.

Our accomodation

We aim to provide our guests with a premium and comfortable stay in a relaxed and down-to-earth atmosphere. The guesthouse has been renovated with careful attention to detail and is furnished with examples of Scandinavian design classics. Each room has it’s own newly renovated bathroom with shower and bath. There is a separate guest lounge with satellite TV. We also have wireless Internet and guest parking.

Breakfast

We serve a whole food breakfast every morning from 7am. Breakfast is included in the price.

Prices

900 SEK single occupancy and 1200 kr double occupancy.

Discounts are available for longer stays.

All prices are inclusive of tax and the tariff is for 2017.
